2022 European Youth Study Course

On August 27 and 28, some 900 youth members from 34 countries across Europe joined an online study course. It featured the faith experiences of four members, a Q&A session and a study presentation on the Sustainable Development Goals. In the lead-up to the course, youth had made efforts to engage in hopeful dialogues with others, counteracting a societal sense of powerlessness and passivity amidst the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and continuing conflicts. President Daisaku Ikeda sent a congratulatory message, commending the youth for their earnest prayers for peace and their efforts to conduct dialogue.
