SGI Signs Joint Interfaith Statement on TPNW

On January 22, Faith Communities Concerned About Nuclear Weapons, to which the SGI (Soka Gakkai International) belongs, released a joint interfaith statement welcoming the entry into force of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). More than 170 religious organizations from Buddhist, Christian, Hindu and Islamic traditions, among others, endorsed the statement.
