New Center Opens in Taiwan

On March 14, a new Taiwan Soka Association (TSA) culture center opened in Yilan City, in northeastern Taiwan. During the opening ceremony, Yilan County conferred an award upon TSA in recognition of its contributions to cultural and educational exchange.
