SGI-Panama Holds Online Symposium on Education

On August 28, some 100 people joined an online symposium to mark the 36th anniversary of the establishment of the SGI-Panama Educators Division. Three speakers presented on education for value creation in times of physical distancing. Dr. Miguel Ángel Cañizales, former minister of education, stressed the psychological impact of online education and the importance of learning ethics. He commended the role of the SGI (Soka Gakkai International) in contributing to education and society.
