SGI Representatives Join C7 Summit

On April 13 and 14, Director for Sustainable Development and Humanitarian Affairs of the SGI (Soka Gakkai International) Nobuyuki Asai and other SGI representatives attended the G7 Engagement Group Civil Society 7 (C7) Summit that was held in Tokyo. As a member of the C7 working group on Climate and Environmental Justice and the working group on Nuclear Disarmament, the SGI contributed to discussions that resulted in the C7 Communiqué 2023, which was submitted to the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida on April 12.
