Soka Gakkai Malaysia Holds Nationwide Run for Peace

From July 1 to 9, Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) held its biennial Run for Peace event for the first time in four years, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other organizations. Some 55,000 people joined the non-competitive event, which aims to foster the culture of peace, at 23 venues across the country. On July 9, Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia Hannah Yeoh attended the event in Kuala Lumpur.
