SUA Holds Annual Dialogue on Culture of Peace and Nonviolence

On October 2, Soka University of America (SUA) held the 7th Annual Dialogue on the Culture of Peace and Non-Violence, with the theme “Living the Culture of Peace in 2020.” The event, held online this year, commemorates the UN International Day of Non-Violence. SUA has held this conference annually since 2014, inviting scholars and social activists. Four alumni spoke about how the knowledge and experience they gained at SUA helped them promote dialogue in their professions. Some 100 students, staff and faculty participated.
