20th Anniversary of Soka Gakkai Malaysia Culture Center

On November 27, Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) held an online meeting with the theme “Embracing Our Shared Humanity” to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the opening of its Kuala Lumpur center, Wisma Kebudayaan Soka Gakkai Malaysia. The center aims to promote activities related to peace, culture and education. Over 500 such activities promoting dialogue and intercultural exchange have been held in the 12-story building that houses an auditorium, gallery and conference hall. Guest speakers and discussants included prominent academics and artists who commended SGM’s contributions, among them Rector of International Islamic University Malaysia Prof. Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Dzulkifli Abdul Razak. Some 1,700 participants, including ambassadors, government officers and university officials, joined the meeting.
