Buddhist Study Events in Milan, Macau and Hong Kong

From July 25 to 28, some 530 Soka Gakkai members from 29 European countries participated in the European Youth Study Course held in Milan, Italy. The event featured Buddhist study lectures on the Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings and a Q&A session led by SGI Vice Study Department Leader Hideyuki Takano.

On July 26, over 80 members attended a study meeting at the Macau Culture Center, where SGI Vice Study Department Leader Yoshiyuki Nagaoka led a study lecture that covered Nichiren’s writings “Three Tripitaka Masters Pray for Rain” and “Many in Body, One in Mind.” He also gave lectures on “The True Aspect of All Phenomena” and “The Heritage of the Ultimate Law of Life” at study meetings held in Hong Kong on July 27 and 28.
