Members from 10 West African Countries Gather in Accra for General Meeting

On January 25, the West Africa General Meeting was held at the International Conference Center in Accra, the capital of Ghana, to mark the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI). Members from across Ghana and nine neighboring African countries joined the meeting, which featured music, dance performances and activity reports from several countries. Samia Nkrumah, daughter of the first president of Ghana Kwame Nkrumah, was the guest of honor.
