Soka Gakkai Delegation Visits International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilisation

On February 23, a delegation led by Soka Gakkai President Minoru Harada visited the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilisation (ISTAC-IIUM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The delegation included Senior Vice President Yoshiki Tanigawa and Soka Gakkai Malaysia General Director Koh Sia Feai. They met with Emeritus Professor Datuk Dr. Osman Bakar and Professor Dr. Abdelaziz Berghout, dean of ISTAC-IIUM. President Harada thanked ISTAC-IIUM for co-organizing and hosting the January 2 memorial lecture for President Daisaku Ikeda, who passed away on November 15, 2023. After the meeting, Professor Dr. Berghout gave the delegation a guided tour of the institute’s library.
